MESQUITE SMOKED - slow smoked to keep in all the juices, this all natural turkey breast will be the highlight of your meal, with the distinct taste of mesquite wood from Texas. Unlike hickory that imports a heavy sweet taste, or light woods like apple and cherry that impart minimal smoke flavor, mesquite delivers the perfect balance of smokiness with the buttery flavor of the turkey.
SAGE RUBBED AND ROASTED- our all natural turkey breast is lightly coated with premium extra virgin olive oil just beneath the skin, topped with fresh cracked pepper and sea salt and rubbed with dry sage, slow roasted over a steam bath of rosemary, thyme, and marjoram, for a finished breast that carves like butter, with a taste and texture to match.
Our all natural boneless, skin-on turkey breasts are sourced from organically fed, hormone and antibiotic free poultry.
