Chef Chris

Modeled after many similar Pizzerias and Ristorantes Chef Chris encountered during his times in Italy, we offer a truly unique experience to the Tampa Bay area.

We offer a unique, Chef's Table experience, featuring a from scratch, authentic Italian menu made from only the highest quality ingredients. It's fine dining in a relaxed, elevated casual, and intimate atmosphere.

Authentic Italian...

...means that our menu is thoughtfully crafted from familiar dishes found throughout Italy.

We make nearly everything we serve from scratch, using only the highest quality ingredients available, most of which come from the Boot, with many carrying DOP or IGT designations.

With the exception of any cured meats and some citric acid used in some of our imported tomato products, nearly everything we serve is clean, with no preservatives or additives of any kind, including our house-made breads and Italian sausage.

While most of our ingredients come from Italy, Chef Chris sources as much local produce, dairy, and eggs as possible.

Fresh cheeses from Italy are delivered weekly, along with unprocessed flours and grains, DOP San Marzano tomatoes, olives, EVOO, etc.

Our seafood is 100% sustainable and delivered fresh throughout the week, much of it harvested or caught within 24-36 hours prior to receiving, including our very popular Mediterranean Bronzino.

Our steaks and chops are hand cut and delivered daily. We proudly serve  USDA Certified Heritage Hereford 1881 Beef and USDA Prime and certified ethically raised veal from Mosner Farms.

Pork, Lamb, Capon, and other meats are all of the highest quality, USDA inspected and certified.

When we say fresh...we mean it...

We have our own hydroponic garden systems in the kitchen and grow most of our own herbs.
